Mms doesnt download on wifi android

Wi-Fi enabled allows texting, browsing, media, everything, EXCEPT MMS or Group Texting/Chat. T-Mobile needs to send out an OTA update changing Android 7.0 to 7.1 or SOMETHING. I don't know if it's "the" solution but it works.

I reventre got this phone, and love it so far. The only issue I'm having, is not being able to download mms messages on wifi. I have to have my  I've been having problems with some texts saying that they are not downloading. I wonder if they are longer or have a photo so they become mms.
