At this point i'd rather give money to Bethesda's creation club because the practises that Nexus are doing is as low you can possibly go. Creating artificial roadblocks in an attempt to try and get more money is just scummy and pathetic and is something you should only expect by mobile games and shit like that, not a community website made for mod developers and the people who wanna download them. The slow motion effect, effects the values I entered so 1.3 seconds could be 2-3 and 2.7 could be 4-6. I don't know.

Simply capped slow is a newer alternative for SKSE users that only want a cap without removing scaling completely or replacing it with a weird stamina workaround. whenever i try to download NMM either via the program itself or via the nexus sites the download is very very slow. like 1 kb. via the site it says the download will be finished in an hour. but this is weird as all the other downloads on the nexus sites work properly and are very fast.
