the rockstar editor is probably the best part about owning gta5 on pc. it's the reason i still play after 6 years, not for online, but to be able to mod and show my creativity and skills and share them and it's all thanks to mods and rockstar making the rockstar editor. and yes i know it was in gta4 but it was a pain to get the game to work etc I can find the exported files, but Vegas only recognizes the audio, not the video, i get a black screen.
